The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is now seeking applicants for the Research Administration Fellowship. The Research Administration Fellowship is a 6-month program designed to provide future scientists and administrators with critical, CV-building experience in the field of research administration.

The deadline for application is extended to April 18, 2014.

This program gives fellows a unique perspective of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute and its leadership. Fellows will have the opportunity to participate in leadership meetings and retreats, and individual/group meetings with senior management and leadership. Concepts such as strategic planning, budgeting and interdepartmental dependencies will be introduced to the fellow.

The fellowship is unpaid and must not interfere with your current roles and responsibilities as a CHOP researcher.

The deadline for application has been extended to April 18, 2014 at 12:00pm, with interviews to be arranged in late April and early May.

Eligibility:

Current CHOP researchers are eligible to apply for the fellowship. A master's degree (or equivalent) is required. Postdoctoral fellows are encouraged to apply. Applications from other institutions are not being accepted at this time.

To Apply:

Information on the application process can be found on the Research Administration Fellowship intranet site (Active Directory Login is required).
